Oh, muddling along. The Things come home today, looking forward to seeing them. Flip side of that coin is how nice it's been to come home and have the house as clean as I left it... ah well.

One reason I'm glad the visit SHOULDKnock on wood be brief. I suppose I seem quite the grinch but Christmas really is among my least favorite holidays, partly because it starts early then lasts till Jan 6 or so around here

He seems to really like watercraft like this. Got a badge in sall sailboats over the summer and hopefully canoeing now.

They both had to take a swim test to do the class; Thing2 passed, Thing1 didn't and ended up with shotguns, which he enjoyed too.

One of the cats over reached herself. She raced up the top of the cat tree... and ran out of tree before she realized she had no more 'up road'. There was a moment where Gravity explained it to her and she managed to catch a couch's edge
