I need to decide which kids are good at what paths of magic (I have a list) but ALL they're supposed to learn is manifesting which is essentially blasting. They'll be officially denied the 'full education' because they're just peasants and on the fast track. Unofficially they'll try to learn more than allowed

All the teachers are of aristocratic blood... however, the Librarian you saw maybe the last of his house, but he really doesn't give a shit and will teach if approached. Also some of the aristicrats are getting out of manifestation so they don't get drafted as much but at least one will 'trade lessons' with one of our commoners
