Catnik, for butternut squash cubes, I usually just toss them with olive oil and add garlic powder (or a seasoning blend that's heavy on garlic). Roast in cast iron pan at 400 for 15 min, stir (to reveal roasty side!), and then leave 'em until fork tender.

I mostly did that?

drizzled them and the sprouts w/EVOO, salt, pepper and some auntie arwen blend

roasted them for 15, stirred them up, added the maple-dijon chicken and drizzled leftover marinade over the whole pan

Sounds yummy!

I didn't use the spices from the recipe, because I don't have them individually, but, well - auntie arwen.

SO yummy

I am very happy.
