I have a conundrum of another sort. Around THankgiving, the plan for the House is to head to Hilton's head on the Carolina Beach. However, I do worry about the critters being cooped up for 8 days. And, my anxieties have me worrying that we might get robbed or vandalized if the house is left for 8 days. Not like we're in a bad neighborhood, though at least one neighbor does not like me, but it seems like it would save money to cancel my part in it, let my friends go on without me, and stay here to tend the pets rather than board them up. On the other hand, save for family Christmas trips, I haven't been out of the area in awhile
