Big day today. Helping friends paint from ~9-2, then shopping, cleaning, cooking. Entertaining from 6-11, and now done cleaning up

I'm so sorry about bailing last night. I literally had this guy regaling me about the roadway numbering systems of West Virginia for OVER HALF AN HOUR. I could not find a way to extricate myself from the conversation short of excusing myself for bed.

Didn't sleep a wink last night, it was so cold.

Won't be in this morning, due to big meeting.

Woke up with big headache, skipped Sunday workout for first time in… ever

More painting today, but not sure I’ll go. I still have bulbs to try to get into the ground before it freezes

Though tomorrows forcast for freezing weather has changed to 50s so I might have another week

I really need to get rich so I can get a summer home near the great lakes and Winter here 😉

The hat will let her channel away those impulses, turning red as it does, but she WILL have to experience and go through them at some point regularly. It only gets but so red before she will have to 'drain' it.
