Coradel's bracelets are like an open secret in court, I think. At least, those who have been around a while certainly know about them. But since she doesn't use them except when a) in combat or b) training, a lot of people probably haven't had the opportunity to see them. I don't think she'd mind August telling Hume about them.

I think August might have cottoned on by now but he would keep them in confidence around others, especially Hume, whom Coradel is only barely warming towards (if that).
