this is a quality stir fry

I have no idea what plans we have for dinner tonight

there's this guy that does a lot of sugar free sauces

his stir fry sauce is tasty

so some leftover rice, chicken, zucc, then mushrooms & some frozen cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mix

and, big indulgence, some frozen green peas

but it comes to 45 carbs, which is fine for a meal
