I like the salad kits well enough, they have nice flavors. They're easy, and I feel good about myself when I have them. I add proteins. Tomorrow is Thai N Cashews with added shrimp.

Wow...okay...reading up on the last part of that whole thing: The millstone that was used to mark the burial site was later moved by a man named Holdrum as part of a bet...and Holdrum's descendants later donated it to be placed on the grounds of the elementary school dedicated to their family. That's the elementary school I had Sylvi going to. Anyway...cheery little lawn ornament, there.

I like both the bowl and bag versions but recently I've been going the bag route. It's three servings but if that's all I'm having for lunch, I eat the whole thing.
