Ok. I applied to a volunteer role on a Leadership Team for the Communications Co-Lead. That should do me in terms of vol Comms for a year or two. Literally; that's the length of the commitment they're looking for. Enough.

I am certain that the approach on Balor is rather different in Unseelie houses than, say, Rivervale's Gwydion stance 😆

Thistle is certain to have been told of Balor that they are ruthless warriors and savage hunters, unsubtle but with vicious cunning. They see politics as a necessary evil and are not as inclined to court politics as much as Ailil or others, and are not afraid to get their hands bloody. They are useful in that regard.

Thistle is fairly sympathetic to unseelie houses, and perhaps even biased - her encounters with Seelie nobles were not positive
