So we have these Ripe bananas we need to use up. I want to go with pantry items, not spend anything, and make a delish dessert.

So I'm thinking....

Pinch of salt, graham crackers and pecans blitzed in the food processor to crumbs and then mix in melted butter and press into pie pan, bake off.
3 bananas, box of cheesecake pudding, dash of vanilla extract, chunk of cream cheese, pinch of salt, an egg.... mix very well.
When crust is cool, pour in banana mix and bake off. Let cool completely.
Serve with whipped cream.

Well, I would try it!

I think I'll give it a go over the next few days.

I haven't done a lot of cream pies of any sort, but that sounds good to me.

Thankfully, August is doing silent mode.

Ok, with the Thing's help the pie crust is in the oven.

It'll cool overnight and I can mix and cook it off tomorrow a.m.
