There's a booklet and worksheet but the upshot is be familiar with and discuss was to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle, the ability to perform certain exercise activities, and keeping track of all the above for a period of time.

Mmmm.... more or less. My point in favor was that with the camping coming up, and activities, maybe there were things they'd be doing anyway that could work for the MB as well. Their choice, though; I'm laid up, can't chase 'em around to get the tasks done.
