I got a few things done.

Sitting for a bit before I start putting a desk together.

I pruned a tree?

Yay!

I made pancakes, washed dishes, cleaned counters, switched over the laundry, raked old leaves, and put the oven on self-clean cycle (which makes the house stink)...so I'm calling it not a completely useless day.

At the moment, watching old episodes of The Real World. The San Francisco season.

i use a whole wheat tortilla for the crust, so it is kind to my sugar

Excellent.

but it hits all the right notes

now, I never get through a whole jar of sauce before it gets funny

because it only takes a few spoonfulls at a time

Can you get teeny-tiny jars?

They cost more, but you won't waste any so it evens out.

I get the smallest ones the store has

they're like a buck and change, so not the end of the world

I have successfully put together the desk for the recording closet.

I had to put it together inside the closet, because it's not going to fit through the closet door. And I'm glad I realized that ahead of time.
