So.... Fl Gov signed the bill into law that will revoke special taxing districts in 2023. That means Disney will lost the ability to more-or-less self-approve buildling permits and the infrastructure might suffer since WDW can't just ask thier sibling special district (Reedy Creek Improvement District) to fix it and get it DONE.

No statement from CEO, TWDC or WDW. No official comment at all. The bill and now law are EXPLICTILY aimed at 🐭 and their public dedication to overturning Don't Say Gay.

What the law will do is give 🐭 a bigger tax refund and less debt since they won't have to carry RCID's debt; that will revert to the County and raise property taxes about $2500/household. A LOT. Otherwise, little impact on 🐭 except a bit more hassle getting permission for things.

I heard! I was wondering how it affected you and your family. Bit worried about those property taxes

(Note: the bill specifies that the special taxing districts effected are those created BEFORE 1968...)

Honestly, the Mouse has enough money to start a hell of a PR attack on the gov, and fund his rivals.
