today in "I am an adult" : my dinner consists of a handful of grape tomatoes, some chunks of leftover easter ham, and a kraft single

I was good today. Got my oatmeal in, had to eat on the go for dinner but it was PDQ. Grilled chicken sandwich and broccoli side.

Need more water, though.

Props for adult hood. I will likely Fend for myself tonight which is fine. But maybe going out to pick up a frriend too later

Doc put me on cholesterol meds; it was pretty high, and that's genetic too so... I better clean up my act.
