In related news (sort of) I am going on a high cholesterol diet from this point forward. So maybe the same from me. I'd like that.

I was put on cholesterol meds & my levels dropped like a rock

in the diet it has been high the past few days, but it's the eggs

I'm back on the WW wagon, as of today (and after a rather goblin-y binge during Spring Break).

Might do some overnight oats, yes. Plans right now are 4 servings of steel cut done and in the freezer, an oatmeal pumpkin apple bake tomorrow, and I might set up some overnights to freeze, too.

1 cup plain/nonfat yogurt, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, bunch of cinnamon, splash of vanilla, I use 2 splenda packets, but it could be nice with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup
