Ah me. Did a LOT of the heavy lifting for my convalescence today; started process for short term disability and made some appointments for the Things (loose ends) as well as got primary care surgical approval and sent all the paperwork to the surgical coordinator. Spent, no kidding, HOURS on the phone. At least one SOLID hour on hold. I measured it.
