I have done at least 20 minutes (More often 30) on the elliptical (low resistance to be fair) every day for ever a week now. I did it today despite a case of the 'don't wannas' and I think I deserve a cookie 😉

Yesterday I was only on it for 25 minutes because a spider decided to share it with me and got on the handle bar. I tried to nudge it away, but no. It was either kill it, capture it, or let it have the elliptical. I was tired, so I said "Its yours" and walked off . After awhile, I thought about it might be using the thing, and today I checked

Despite my imagination, it did not swell to tarantula size from it's intense work out... at least as far as I know. It wasn't there today

Maybe you guys can work out a schedule?

I hope he gives me the mornings. If I don't do it early after I get up, my energy is gone for it later

I hear that. If I had my druthers, I'd get up at 5, exercise, and start the day. However, that doesn't work with my current schedule, so....

I've had mixed results but there have been those I enjoyed. I have fun finding the 'new' name within the character. Jessie, Auggie, etc.
