Ugh.

Physically, I've been worse. Feet are still an issue.

Mentally, starting to feel overwhelmed so I'm taking steps to adjust that.

I just canceled a library reservation for a class today.

I took my sewing machine in for a tune up yesterday!

Florida is not hot at the moment.

I may need a sit down, feet up, fruity drink day but what I'm getting is all the stuff I didn't do when I was off being very busy.

Cleaning, cooking, prep for the week, and painting the laundry room.

Then we prep the bedroom closet for paint.

Good news, DH is partnering with me in this project, and the Things are going to help.

After all that, have to pick up my car at the dealership, where they will have been completely helpless to fix an issue with the onboard computer.

First world problem, but irritating as was the attitude at the dealer. Dude was honest, which I appreciate, but.....

FIRST thing he said was, to his coworker when we walked in for an APPOINTMENT "You can take them, I'm off at 5." It was 4:30.

We set the appointment on line and he explained that although the system allows you to make a 4:30 appointment the shop closes at 5 and tomorrow (Sat, today) was all booked full so they didn't know if he would get to it at all.

Then at 5:30 (they closed at 5?) he called to say there's a good chance the reason for the issue was using an after-market cable. Which, to be fair, it -could- be. And the problem is intermittent, so getting them to find it at all was a crap shoot.

Still.

Meh.
