The company has cut way down on their techs, they are all overloaded, it is 5 am where they are, and EVERYONE they talk to is always going to be in a bad mood (because you don't contact tech support when things re going well)

Rackspace used to be super proud of their "Fanatical!" customer support

now they have outsourced it all to overloaded IT centers in India

and quietly removed that tagline from their site
