And that makes sense as Mirabel is the protagonist, and her biggest interactions are with her female family members but the two 'married ins' Agustín and Felix, are both GREAT husbands and dads. Felix is almost Gomez Addams level of in love with his wife, Pepe, and takes teasing from his son with a sigh but lets the little shapeshifter play within reason. Agustin's only power appears to be allergies, but he cares for his wife, backs her plays, and then when his daughters are upset moves to support/protect them as best he can. He tries to help Mirabel by relating to being powerless. When Luisa cries he moves after her to offer assurances. He even stands up to Abuela
