I'm drinking seltzer water to cut down on my soda intake. I love my pepsi, but it's not good for me in a lot of ways

is diet soda a no-go?

I'm trying to cut down on caffeine as well as sugar a bit. So far the best soda for me for that is Sugarless Sprite.

I still have one Pepsi a day

STRONGLY recommend against diet soda. I have never seen any good reports on diet soda.

I do have a diet dr pepper stash

but luckily, I like unsweet tea

Got message at 3:48. Dad is at the ER. He was having double vision, and throwing up. Almost passed out. Said his head hurt. He's getting a brain CT done. Sis says he is okay right now which I guess means stable but obviously folks are worried.
