I understand, meal prep is good and all

but

I know how I am on a weekday

I want a 3-minute-max warm breakfast

I have been struggling to put together my 3/week salads. I mean... how hard is SALAD??

So my new deal is that if I can't put together salads Thu night or Fri am before yoga, I will buy 3 salad packets on the way home from yoga.

Probably more costly but it gets me eating a damn salad so....

Is oatmeal a thing? Packets are tasty and quick

Oh I hate oatmeal in the microwave! It ALWAYS boils over. I’ve gotten used to making instant kind with hot water instead
