Among other awful laws going into effect yesterday in Texas, you can open-carry without any permit or license. This means you can carry a firearm and have NO TRAINING IN ITS USE WHATSOEVER.

Anecdotal, but I know one guy who says he has a blind cousin . Their plan is to get him an gun that's large, visible, and full of blanks, and have him tap around near government buildings (Dark shades and cane and all)
