I started a new Sun-Thu schedule today. It's a class of 9 or so, three new Trainers along to watch and learn how to present the material, another experienced trainer, and me. But the other trainer with experience doesn't have his license to teach in-hand and can be fined for presenting the material....

So I taught all 8 hours.

And it was the material I have the least experience with.

I'm so sorry, that's awful.

Tomorrow I teach the same material with a sweet co-worker who's absolutely awful at the job.

And then the rest of the week at least I'm teaching stuff I know better, but it'll be me solo again.
