I went to yoga; first time in a year, I think. I can feel the difference.

I got very discouraged about yoga. I couldn't breathe in most of the positions unless they put me up on blocks like a car that had its tires removed.

The Things are going to go to the Y to exercise with me at least once a week. I'm going to all the yoga I can because if I try anything more vigorous before I get some limberness back I'll snap something clean off.

But eventually I want to do yoga, machines, a lil cardio.....
