So tired today. Hard to get out of bed. Finally realized after laying in bed for 2 hours last night that I think I have a cold (sneezy/throat, not COVID symptoms) which may explain the headaches not just dry eyes, and took some Nyquil which conked me out

I'm glad it's not Covid, but still, bummer

It's always a bit of a relief when it hits me "oh, I'm just sick" rather than being irritable and ill feeling with no good reason
