Thing is.............

We've been trying to have classes of 200 ppl 5 days a week, 2 shifts a day. So 400 people a day.

No WAY have we had that many actually show up for training.

So Senior M said "I don't have enough trained people and I need you here to train the others that are coming, who haven't had training."

Oh, yikes.

But the large classes (3 trainers for 200 people for 8 hours....)

Yeah, you're doing important stuff, there.

.... were designed so we could get ALL of :male-police-officer: trained by opening.

But they haven't been showing up.

So.... why is the Scheduling function putting these untrained Names on the schedule at the Zoo tomorrow

My thought is, the untrained Names aren't showing up b/c they are ready to walk. So they didn't show for training and they ain't showing for work tomorrow.
