The queue is detailed and starts building the story. The briefing area has a hologram and a droid. Then a transport shuttle simulator that gets captured. Then you're a prisoner of the First Order but the rebels come and break you out of your cell and get you to a droid-driven car that evades the First Order through their cruiser to get you to a life pod and then you drop to the planet below where the rebels welcome you.

Are you actually out of seat for some of those stages? Or are you strapped in from briefing area onwards?

You walk from briefing to transport shuttle sim; no seats there, you stand. then you walk to cell and sit in the droid car through to the exit.
