except you can't because they're closed and only doing hearings over Zoom

and there's no contact email either

Nothing to do but call a local politician you voted for. Inform them that since this won't provide a phone number or email... that tag they're it

and the Attorney who sent the letter isn't answering their phone. And their voicemail is full
