I have a new set of followups with our clients that will light some fires. We have websites that are on a 20 year old platform and they are just complacent and not caring that their site is old and shitty... well, now we have to shut that platform down (End of life - abut a year from now, so not "NOW" now...) and you gotta redesign with us, or find a new solution. But we're gonna offer a discount if you start up the project now, and 6 months deferred before you have to start paying

Oh God....

Because soon we're gonna have people twiddling their thumbs as our work load twindles, and that's a bad thing

but I expect some upset clients to hear that now, even with the sweetened deal
