Actually, I am somewhat sympathetic to Zuko up front. His dad sounds like a jackass and while Zuko has not thought his actions through, his Uncle clearly sees something good in him worth guiding.

Sokka is interesting. I don't often like characters who seem only there to be the Buttmonkey... but he DOES genuinely seem to want to be a good warrior and swallowed his ego at least once.

Apparently he didn't just read the script on his first try, he asked the others for tips, tried to study how it was done.. and impressed the regular voice actors enough that one said "You're not like other 'Face-Actors..." And he was like 'that's what they call regular actors. I did not kNOW that :)' and he just seemed so pleased
