sometimes I will add mushrooms and shrimp and green onion, but that's about as much as I do for packet soup 🙂

I'd do all that if anyone else here would eat mushrooms or shrimp....

See....I'm not much for soup in general...but the notion of making my own insta-soup (per Nadiya's Time to Eat) has me curious about trying more in that vein.
