All the desserts are either cooked, or waiting to be (in other words, made just not baked). The holiday ham sandwich filling is made, so just assembly there. The lamb is sitting in lemon juice and rosemary waiting for a sear and then finish in the oven. The fruit salad is made and waiting assembly. The regular salad is ditto. I should make something festive to drink. In a bit.
