So I had a visit from the Bright Idea Fairy. To cover the ugly cinderblock of the herb garden, inexpensively, since I have the time..... broken ceramic mosaic! Call out for broken dishes and pottery, collect it, break it as needed. use stone veneer cement in a tube to glue it on. Ta-Da!

AND on my first call in the local pages, I had someone offer me a set of blue and white dishes. Perfect. I went to the local address and grabbed it.

Now.... it is the DH's birthday and he wanted to make a key lime pie and we had all the stuff already! Yay!

That's funny, I picked up a mini key lime pie for hubs at the fish monger this afternoon, too
