We did take-out Chinese food, but it was not as good as last year.

I worry I've let the Dad-een story get a bit too jumbled

I am trying to let dread of what might be consume what is going on now. Seems the BIL had the kids camping... but then sprang this 'but santa went to your mom's house' ie let's head straight back and get your gifts kind of thing

My sis, who was told he had them all week, thought she had more time to shop, cook, ;prepare

So how to explain Santa did not show up yet if they come in first thing tomorrow?

SERIOUSLY? In other words, DAD DIDN'T GET THEM PRESENTS???

She can tell them that their father's change of plans had Santa's elves confused, so the gifts got held up and will arrive on Friday.

I think, wkith less mention on it being the father's change of plans that screwed things up, that it's something like that. Honestly I hope I'm worried more about it than my sis is.

Christmas absolutely slams my anxiety every year.

Phooey...none of them are on Netflix streaming. I'll look at Amazon.

Hmm...how's the Patrick Stewart one?

I reccomend it if you enjoy action movies at all. It's a classic for a reason. (The Die Hard) as for Patrick Stewart... not my fav but quite good because, well, patrick stewart. I seem to recall him being a meaner scrooge than some but that maybe mixed up with something.
