The audition... went. I was warmly greeted, congratulated on an excellent interview with all the right answers. They let me explore the presentation with the tech before started, let me set my own phone timer. There were some laughs and some questions that I handled. I had 12-13 min with a hard stop at 15. I finished in 12:42. More congrats and out the door.

I want to remember those convo tricks.....

I made chocolate chia seed pudding yesterday.

It is really really -BAD-.

I have really good luck with 3TB chia to 1/2c liquid

Ingredients
1 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup Grade A Dark Robust
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 avocado pitted, skin removed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp coconut oil liquid form
2 cups water

1 cup of cocoa is NOT sweet enough with 1/2 cup of syrup.

It tastes of bitter, bitter, bitter cocoa.

Not gonna lie, that sounds like way too much cocoa - bitter bomb!

I'm going to try adding cane sugar, see if I can get it edible.

Otherwise it's pretty healthy.....

Yeah, figure I'll give it up to a cup of sugar and then call it good money after bag. However! I have another avocado so I can try again from scratch.

I tried to make a keto green tea smoothie the other night. I figured if the green tea with coconut oil and butter is decent, adding a little sweetener, almond milk and ice would make a nice smoothie!

Except... coconut oil solidifies at room temperature. Added ice and it turned into CHONKY MESS

I should have emulsified it into the tea BEFORE adding the other stuff

I looked at it for a minute trying to save it, and then chucked it all into the dishwaher and noped out
