Well...I tried to cook Swiss rolls from The Great British Baking Show.

Which was okay until the mixer broke.

And I realized after the fact that the pans I was using were the wrong size.

BUT....something approximating Swiss rolls has been accomplished.

Successful failure!!!!

Well, we haven't actually tried eating them yet....
