Well, I started with more cream and sugar than actual coffee...but gradually learned to like it black when I realized how many calories I would eliminate that way.

Though I am trying more seltzer water with sugar alternatives to cut down a LITTLE on soda

I am not sure what the viennese technique is, but it's the only black coffee I've liked
