Today was a good day. We're thinking of a family effort to put together something to sell at the local (10min away) Farmer's Market once a month as a project for the kids. So, went to said market, had brunch at attached restaurant, I guided kids through some on-scene research, talked to organizer. Went to (not kidding) Tractor Supply Co. to look at tomato plants, then home to look at garden containers, did a little more planning work and went to bed. And, some RP.

Need to leave in.... 15-30? For the Zoo, unless they divert me.

Yyeeeeaaaah.... see, thing is, here you have to start a garden in the WINTER. B/C otherwise the plants BAKE. But I'm going to give it a go with tried-and-tested self-watering containers. If we get tomatoes and basil we can add those to the initial product offering - bread and butter.
