Honestly, I'm not one to give bad yelp reviews or the like but I'm really tempted to say "They don't communicate with each other. I blame their administrators for the lack of communication between their staff. Requests to call the patient''s daughter if they have trouble were REPEATEDLy ignored"

Also a bit irked at B's daughter, but that maybe unfair. She knew Nurses were coming sometime this week but I'm not sure if she called to say "Hey, don't bother on this day"

Then again, B sucks up so much of her daughter's lilfe it's a miracle the poor woman can think straight
