yup. Not just this lap tops. Almost all of them put a touchpad at the worst place. I try t o type, and my lower palms touch the thing ans IRKKKK

There's a place in settings where you can adjust the touchpad sensitivity. I know it took me a few weeks on this laptop before I was able to stop lazy-thumbing the pad by accident.

I can turn it off temproarily. But it always comes back on eventually

Anda yeah. Did that one. I can't stop lazy thumbing (Or in my case palming) it. Been years can't shake the habbit. I set touchpad to disable, but eventually I guess I brush it again and it thinks "Oh he wants itback on" and it goes back.

Gosh darn. That's annoying, sorry. 😞

I think if you plug in a USB mouse it might disable the touchpad? Then you could just leave the mouse over on one side, out of the way.

It's not you guys, or even this laptop, it does it every time 🙂

USB mouse always plugged in 😉 I use the mouse to move things around
