I'd have a question about the Birthrights and their Ability bonus:
Did I missed something or they AUTOMATICALY active in both fae mien & mortal seeming?

It would be a HUGE advantage for the changelings, but would made them more vulnerable sometimes ("Never trust the beautiful ladies pal, they must be witches, ohm, sidhe!").

I would greatly be grateful if a writer / designer would write me an answer.

Yes, in C20 as long as a Changeling is active in her fae mien, any Attribute and Ability bonus from her Birthrights are wyrd, not chimerical.

And from one changeling writer, the guy who did House Aesin

In C20, birthrights work regardless of who's in the vicinity.
