INTERESTING. In C20 they allow rerolls of 10's as part of 'if you invoked the wyrd' as though it's an additional blessing of the dreaming.

Did this change from oWoD? I'm curious because I've never played a troll, and wanted to look into how their strength works.

Titan’s Power — A troll grows most in power when they’re
out fulfilling their duties. A troll gains an additional Bruised
health level and dot of Strength when they take up their first
oath, even if that takes the Trait above 5. Upon their second
oath, the troll gains two extra dots of strength and two additional
Bruised health levels (with a maximum total of nine

This seems to say that the strength only kicks in once a troll has made oaths. Is it "once they've made an oath, they get it" or "while the oath is active"?

I dunno, Dagmar is still pretty much a 2ed build

Based on how the frailty works, it seems that it's just "Active" once they have made oaths ever, but it's not clear to me

C20 seems to have nerfed a lot of the kith abilities

Old version is much clearer for Trolls at least: "This extra strength does not function in the presence of mortals or the unenchanted unless the troll has called upon the Wyrd. "
