Second season though was a let down. It had some decent moments, but the producers screwed Wilma Deering over. First, they wanted to remove the character period. IIRC, Gil Gerard (Guy who played Buck) had to threaten to walk if they fired her. They gave in. But 'Softened" Deering so she wasn't as commanding or militaristic to make her 'more feminine' . Less time in the tight flight suit, but then Put her in an outfit that looked more like an Airline stewardess of the time.
