today, in things that don't happen

I'm on my way to work. There is a light. For the record, Ohio has right on red,

At this light, there is a truck going straight. behind him a gold car with a right blinker, a black car no blinker, me, right blinker, and a car behind me

Red light is long, no traffic coming.

So... gold car decided to pull up onto the sidewalk, scoot between the truck & a utility pole, and turn right

....and then the black car turned on his red-and-blues

I got home (FINALLY) and was hungry. DH made a big pile of pasta (mixed 'getti & linguini) last night with a ragu, so I heated some of that up. Comfort food, yeah? So now I'm very carb'd pasta'd.

me, I'm a little sneezy but did All Of The Ab Work yesterday, so every time I sneeze, my stomach hurts

My coworker was getting concerned after a few rounds of "Achoo! FUCK"

Once I met with my trainer (a few years ago...) and she worked my arms HARD.... then I had to go shower and dress for work at the gym. I could not raise my arms to put my hair up in regs. It took a good 30 minutes longer than usual.

I pulled something last week (all better now) and the hardest part was taking my bra off that night

Oh, been there done that with the bra. Sadly, more often it's arthritis, but.....

I overdid a one-armed kettlebell clean and press, and tweaked my neck BAD

It's how we learn, I suppose. I learned well!

It's annoying because I have the arm strength, but not the shoulder yet - so I can lift the weight fine, but not that motion, in correct form. Why can't I just put points in the right muscle groups, video game style?
