Oh, took Thing2 for a haircut, and to kill time we stopped in at a pet supply store. While we were there, a mom and daughter came in to buy formula for the 2 WEEK old kitten they'd found. First time Thing2 saw one that small; he thought it was a hamster at first. *L*

Funny thing is, Jaymes likes dogs better than cats, so the rule of funny says they get a cat.

In addition to the other idea of the stray animal coming up, I had another idea of how she might aquire one... she travels the woods. A bag going down stream making panicked yips or mews
