My BFF's mom has a chocolate lab named Lucy. Lucy LOVES the swimming pool

She does, she's now ok with hopping into the plastic kiddie-pool/puppy bathtub. She wasn't, at first.

My lab mix wasn't fond of water. Weirdly. She was a solar baby. Belly to sun!

Yeah, get Dag a pet.

Lucy knows to step into her little basin to wash off her paws before entering or leaving the pool.

Since our kiddie pool is plastic and not permanent, I'm ok with grass in it. God knows, I could not get the Things to go in with clean feet....I'm not asking that of the dog.
