Okay... got the desc written up I think

Lady Knight Honoria "the Resolute" ap Dougal (Sidhe Wilder) : Honoria appears to mortal eyes to be an attractive eighteen year old woman wearing a sleeveless mustard hued utility jacket over a red shirt of light material and a tough pair of black jeans. She has her dark brunette hair in a dutch braid looped up and around. Simple and pretty and out of the way. Her eyes are hazel. To Fae gaze? She is a sidhe, no doubt, the beauty of her kind rising about her like steam from a quenching basin. Her eyes gain an ember like quality, and her hair, already dark, goes coal black with a luster. Her Breast plate shows the house colors of Dougal, but has an odd keyhole over her left breast. Further up, her left shoulder appears to have been replaced with a bronzed joint with a style akin to a knight's spur, showing her rank for all to see. At her side dangles a mace of exquisite flanged design.

I've been told this might be a sign of dementia, her daughter is her 'safe person'. That is the NICER theory I've heard. Because the other option is a control freak who can't stand her daughter having power over her now because of age and wants to punish her for it.
