Okay..,wasn’t expecting drama this morning, but the admin at my school just finalized my assessment report for the state...as “ineffective.”

Remember the principal and assistant principal who got fired halfway through the year? The principal’s portion of the assessment counts for 90%...and it was entered as zeroes all the way down because they never submitted my (excellent) assessment.

When I was observed for that portion, I was told it was an amazing lesson.
