I'm watching Starship Mine, the episode of STNG where Picard ends up on the Enterprise and discovers criminals on board. But what's fascinating is the gag they have of Cmndr. Hutchinson, the host on the station they're staying on who is a master of small talk (and dreaded). Data happens to be trying to learn 'small talk' and the two go at each other in a scene that shows Brrent Spiner's acting hilariously
